Budget, which is the short and common name for Budget Rent A Car System, has just been recently lauded. It now bears the right to claim the title “Leading Provider of Outstanding Car Rental Deals” and it does look like Budget sure is worthy of the accolade.
The title has been given out by Travelzoo which is a media company that is global and the mentioned accolade is part of its Travelzoo Awards (which is more commonly referred to as The Tzoos).
So who are those given awards? According to Travelzoo, their Tzoos is actually a way so as to give recognition to those companies and businesses which do provide the best kinds of travel deals for each year. And so this just goes to show that when it comes to car rental deals, Budget tops all.
Ralph Bartel is Travelzoo’s chairperson and chief head honcho and he does express, “The Tzoo award is a symbol of quality and it's our way of recognizing the companies we know to provide the best in travel deals. All the Travelzoo Award winners have consistently provided us with the most outstanding travel deals we have seen on the Internet over the past year.”
John Peebles is the VP for online marketing for Budget’s parent, the Avis Budget Group Inc. and he also does say, “In addition to high-quality, reliable vehicles and great service at value prices, providing renters with great deals is what Budget is all about. We're delighted to be honored by Travelzoo and appreciate the business that we have received from them over the years.”
Travelzoo did not just simply choose which company was the best just because. They have chosen the best ones based on several criteria that they have set out and these criteria have been their basis in judging and choosing the company to rightfully take home the coveted titles. And some of the criteria include competitiveness, reliability, consistency, appeal to travelers, and quality.
