Volvo’s version of a treasure hunt

Isn’t it exciting to experience an actual treasure hunt? Well looks like Volvo is now in the treasure hunting scene - a car treasure hunt that is.

In support for the upcoming Disney movie Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, Volvo Car Corporation will sponsor a multi-media treasure hunt for their popular Volvo XC90 V8 that is buried somewhere in the world.

To be able to participate in the said event, you should visit the local Volvo retailer to pick up a free treasure map. Participants are then required to visit www.volvocars.us/thehunt to register. From there, you can now engage in a fun-filled and thrilling online adventure where in you’ll need to solve a series of clues and puzzles. Be one of the lucky seven finalists and get the chance to unearth the buried SUV to its actual secret location.

What’s more exciting about the hunt is that the buried Volvo XC90 features a variety of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest-inspired elements, such as black leather seats, menacing graphics from the film and custom painted 20-inch wheels.

Those interested should now rush to the nearest Volvo retailer as the contest already started June 12 and will end July 11. For sure the intriguing menacing look of the customized SUV will be an added surprise for the lucky one who gets to dig first the XC90. So good luck guys!

Well for those who are less excited about their current Volvo vehicles because of its menacing looks as a result of regular use, you can actually find help from Auto Parts Discount for they provide top quality Volkswagen parts and accessories.
